Provide information you are authorised to share. You retain ownership of your materials and give KASAMA® permission to review and use them to evaluate and respond to your request, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information. Sending a submission does not create a nondisclosure agreement. If confidentiality is needed, contact us before sharing.

The website provides general information about KASAMA®. Programme details may change as plans develop. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to access another person’s information.
