What we collect and why

Our conversation form collects your name, email, company name, company description, stage and any website or presentation link you choose to provide. Our short request form collects your name, email, company name and any LinkedIn profile link you choose to provide. We use this information to assess whether KASAMA® could be a fit and contact you about your request.

Who can access it

Your submission is stored in a restricted internal record and sent by email to members of the KASAMA® team. It is not displayed publicly. Our website, hosting and email providers process information to operate the site and form.

The site also uses temporary browser storage to preserve an unfinished form and help you return to where you were on the website.

How we improve the site

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages, such as where they click and scroll, including recordings of page visits. It does not set cookies, anything you type into our forms is hidden from it, and it does not run if your browser asks not to be tracked. We also count page visits through our hosting provider.

What to share

Please share only what is needed for an introductory conversation. Do not include trade secrets, sensitive personal information or confidential customer data. A website or presentation link is optional; check its access settings before sharing.

Retention and requests

We keep your information only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request and manage related conversations, unless a longer period is required by law. Contact help@kasama.is to request access, correction or deletion.
